Job Description :
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies.
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped.
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents.
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Team Player
- Proven track record as sales professional
- Excellent communication skill
