Manager - Front Line Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Oversees the sales department.
- Creates and oversees operating budgets for sales.
- Oversees hiring, training, and performance reviews to make ensuring sales targets are met.
- Team members should be coached or counseled to address performance issues and enhance skills.
- Develop and implement strategies that will assist in addressing client needs.
- Create enduring connections with consumers and customers
- Address and resolve consumer issues as soon as possible.
