Manager - Franchise Sales - Education (3-7 yrs)

Job Profile:

- Working strongly with the centre team in setting up and chasing targets by conducting business development and marketing activities ATL/BTL.

- Plan and execute business development strategies. Hand holding for new setup.

- Sales reviews with the team, as well as franchise

- Develop company pitch, marketing material, go to market strategies and systematic framework to attract the best in class existing and new individuals/businesses.

- Managing existing franchises and building brand value of organization

- Responsible for franchise development and business development of franchise.

- Lead all aspects of Franchise Development strategy & process, to include management of the centre- s, sales process, lead generation, new franchise territory sales, territory creation.

Key Deliverables :

- Meeting the targets of the business & placements

- Management of franchise operations and taking students feedback to improvise

- Handle all queries and help them understand the aspects to focus upon

Skills required :

- Experience working with management.

- Must have experience of working in a educational institution

- Knowledge of franchise development in educational institutions

- Experience of how to build a lead and mature it in franchise for education institute.

- Open to travel locally and in assigned regions as per business needs.

Education & Experience :

- Graduate with minimum 4+ years- experience in Education Industry

- MBA preferred

- Experience in managing Centre/Franchisee Operations, Business Development & marketing.

- Good communication skills required

- Open to consider candidates from Training/Consulting & Insurance Industry.
