Job Description :
Quality of sourcing - Will be responsible for right profit mix and product mix
Insurance penetration- will be responsible for penetration of Insurance.
- Customer service(Will be responsible for customer satisfaction and periodic surveys of customers)
- Recruitment ( Need to have the right team members )
- Training the team on product, sales, credit parameter & checklist
- After sales service ( customer coming for after sales work )
- Cross sell
- Will be responsible for marketing and sales promotion activities
- Will be responsible for the productivity
- Coordination with Bank Credit team
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required :
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Decision Making skill
