Manager - Financial Sales - Broking Services (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- It is necessary to periodically revise marketing plans in light of changing consumer preferences.
- Well-thought-out strategies and plans must be drafted.
- Exercises to create public relations (PR) should be given a high priority.
- Deliver sales targets and make sure the mandated sales process is followed:
- Create yearly and monthly action plans to reach goals
- Ensuring PFAs follow the company's prescribed Sales procedure.
- Encouraging and ensuring that the PFA's revenue goals (as they may be established from time to time) are met
- Measuring and monitoring pertinent metrics for PFAs
- Assist the PFA team in reaching the desired sales and product mix.
- Follow-up on customer ideas till conversion
