Manager - Financial Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goal throughout.
- Works very closely with trainers, Brand Managers and Operations Manager, internal partners (Allocation, Marketing, and Development) and contribute, in a positive manner, to the group to develop strong partnerships with the various members of the internal team
- Mapping initial client requirements and finalizing the scope of work with the client and the technical team
- Monitors daily sales and product performance, proposing proactive and corrective measures, such as targeted promotions, staff training, Creating and executing tools that will aid in the monitoring of operations in the various states/ territories via weekly reports, conference calls and qualitative analysis
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
