Manager - Filed Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Filed Sales Manager Associate to be a part of our Sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads in the open market.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Team of Sales Managers will be responsible for the Recruitment of a Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional networks.
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives identify ; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Candidates with an Associate degree in any field will also be preferred.
- 2+ years of working experience in a Field Sales role in the Sales department.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Age between 21 to 38
