Manager - Field Service - Telecom (1-3 yrs)
India's leading Telecom MNC is hiring for Field Service Manager..
Note: Third Party Payroll / off roll
Location Reporting at Vashi (Visiting nearby location)
Salary: Up to 19.5K Net
Qualification: Any Graduate / Equivalent Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Service multiple corporate accounts
- Work closely with the tariffs to get the pricing tolerance to adjust service prices to clients when called for to retain their patronage
- Create and maintain rapport with corporate clients through periodic and meaningful visits or calls to proactively address concerns and bandwidth requirements
- Provide management with regular client satisfaction and issue management reports
- Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Churn Management - Retain the high value subscribers resulting in increased average ARPU
- Assure the most effective usage of the allocated resources for churn prevention due to well defined and good targeted offers
- Create and support client retention strategies for existing customer base and for new customers as well
