The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

Sales Targets : Set ambitious but realistic sales targets for the company's Air & Ocean Freight services.

Sales Strategy : Develop a detailed sales strategy outlining key tactics, channels, and timelines for achieving sales targets.

Product Promotion : Implement marketing campaigns and strategies to promote Air & Ocean Freight services to existing and potential customers.

Customer Segmentation : Identify and categorize customers based on their shipping needs to tailor sales efforts accordingly.

Customer Relations : Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Market Expansion : Research and explore new markets and customer segments to expand the customer base.

Customer Visits : Regularly visit existing and potential customers to understand their specific shipping requirements and offer customized solutions.

Customer-Generated Revenues : Secure customer-generated revenues by being the main point of contact for all Air & Ocean Freight inquiries and transactions.

Customized Services : Advise customers on specialized shipping solutions and negotiate prices in line with company policies.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 5 year experience within a Sales


- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

- You have working knowledge of field sales, area manager

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
