Responsibilities of Field Sales Manager :

- Notify the sales team of new sales

- Generate new business & encourage high-sales and good customer service practices

- Create strategies and work with sales teams to boost our brand

- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them

- Create and Enforce plans to increase business.

- Build long-term relationships with sales teams and customers

- Work quickly to address and resolve customer queries

- Exceed expectations and outreach of company milestones

- Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Qualifications of Field Sales Manager :

- A background in direct customer sales and team management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)

- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several roles at one

- Intuitive to customers- needs

- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly

- Ability to work well with others and lead a team

- Attentive to detail and organized time
