Position : Field Sales Manager
Location : Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Anand
CTC : Up to 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Job Description :
- Sales of Life insurance policies of through agency model
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly targets
- Promote companies products via all possible model
Desired Candidate Profile :
Age : 24-39 yrs.
Qualification : minimum Graduation
- Minimum 3 Years field sales experience
- Strong local network
- Effective communication skill
CTC : up to 4.00 LPA + incentive + other benefits
