Manager - Field Sales - Life Insurance (2-9 yrs)
- The channel works on the Financial Consultants network model which generates leads for life insurance. The FLS manages these Financial Consultants (also known as Life Insurance Agents) and helps them in selling life insurance.
Job description :
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring
- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits.
- Work with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Improve agent productivity & persistency
- Ensure the company's product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms.
Required Candidate profile :
- Sound be graduate with 2 years of sales experience
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good team-building skills
- Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes
- Training and motivation ability
