We are hiring for Sales Manager for a Life Insurance Company. Sales Experience is required. No Counter Sale. Field Sale experience. Candidate can be from any industry with Sales experience
Note : Priority will be given to those candidates who belong to Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Hapur or have more than 2 years of experience in sales in Prefer Location
Roles :
- Recruit Agents / Advisors.
- Handling Team
- Manage Agents / Advisors through proper coaching and training.
- Drive Agents / Advisors and build team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
- Building relations with the Leader.

Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
