Manager - Field Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
- We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager in for India's Leading Life Insurance Company who has an experience in the BFSI Domain.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of financial leaders to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity
- Identify and tap into new business opportunities within the assigned area
- Create strategies and plans of action to expand market share, build the client base, and meet business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, such as brokers, financial advisors
- Work together with partners to increase sales, resolve problems, and make sure business operations run well.
- Develop and implement sales plans, targets, and strategies for the assigned area
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the product knowledge, selling skills, and professional development of the sales team
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
Desired Candidates :
- Experience : Minimum 2 to 6 Years in Sales and Marketing in any sales
- Qualification : Any Graduation
- Pay Roll : On Roll Permanent
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented mindset
- Sound knowledge of insurance products
