Manager - Field Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales skills, and a passion for customer service. You should also have a good understanding of life insurance products and services, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team
- To drive productivity of the new and vintage agents
- To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
- To coach and mentor PFAs in providing need-based solutions for customers
- To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained daily.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree any stream preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience field sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
