Manager - Field Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of the Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team.
- Identify; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connection between the agents and the company.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.
Candidate Profile :
- Any Bachelor Degree
- 2 + year experience in sales and marketing in any field
- Age between 21 to 38
- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Good communication, selling, and negotiation skills
