- Candidate have to sell life insurance policy in open market
- Candidate have to hire agents and advisors from open market
- Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Candidate have to generate business through agents and advisors
- Candidate have to achieve monthly sales target
