Manager - Field Sales - Life Insurance (2-12 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves driving sales through a team of agents, as well as recruiting, training, and motivating the agents to achieve their targets.
Your job description may include the following duties :
- You will be responsible for identifying potential customers who may be interested in purchasing a life insurance policy.
- You will need to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- You must have a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and financial goals to recommend the most appropriate insurance policy.
- You will need to explain the features and benefits of various life insurance policies to customers, and answer any questions they may have.
- You will be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field sales industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales software
