Job Description :
- Establishing and communicating sales targets that help our company's larger goals to be achieved.
- Distributing tasks to sales representatives fairly.
- Supervising staff to ensure that they perform the correct tasks to prescribed standards.
- Observing arbitrary discussions to determine whether staff members are implementing successful sales strategies.
- Keeping in touch with customers to better understand and meet their demands.
- Adjusting systems as necessary by using insights from performance assessments and market research.
- Holding regular training sessions to make sure staff members are knowledgeable about new product releases.
Requirements :
- Graduation : Bachelor's/Master's dergee is prefered
- Age : 22 to 38 Years
- Experience : 2+ Years in Sales + 1 Year in Field Work
