Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (3-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:-
- Prospect, meet & convert potential Customers to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Recruit good quality of Insurance Advisors by prospecting, identifying and sourcing good quality of presentations, constant follow upstand training programme
- Provide trainings to team to help them achieve sales targets.
- Achieve business targets- Plan and implement achievement of sales targets month after month by setting individual targets for each of the Advisors
- Lead, motivate and develop the team of Advisors- Sustain the team of motivated through personal examples and by conducting motivational sessions, feedback Programmer, etc.
Candidate Profile :
- Should be graduate
- Min 2-4 years of experience in field sales
- Effective Time Management
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Team Leadership
- Fast Learner
