Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
- We are looking for an Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets. The Insurance Sales Manager will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance to sales agents.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Building a Team of highly motivated financial advisors & consultants
- Identify and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Drive a business together with your team and customers
- Convert Potential and reputed customers into financial advisors
- Persuade potential clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products
- Advise customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain the benefits and risks of the policy
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
- Impressive communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good leadership skills
