Job description
We are looking for a Sales Professional as a Sales Manager in the agency vertical for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Manager, You will be crucial in supporting our agency channel's expansion and success. Maintaining efficient communication and coordination between the business and our agency partners will be your main responsibility.
Reporting-
- Branch Head/ Branch Manager
Principal Accountabilities of Sales Manager:
- To identify people with a good network and potential to make them financial advisors in their respective geography.
- To convince and recruit the good quality prospective financial advisors and support them to acquire licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- To manage and lead the team of financial advisors & ensure that they achieve business targets set for them. Provide on the job training & manage and monitor the performance of Advisors
- Relationship Management with financial advisors and customers.
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years proven experience in field sales
- Excellent communication
- Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Understands business challenges
