Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
India's Largest Insurance Organization Is urgently looking for a Business Development Manager for their Agency Channel Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques to identify potential customer
- Set and attained sales and earnings goals
- Maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential consumers
- Creating and organizing a range of sales activities
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any Stream
- 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- The capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
