Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
India's leading insurance company is hiring for the role of Sales Executive. The job profile includes building a team and generating business through them.
AKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Recruitment of financial consultants from open market
- Planning and Goal Setting
- Conducts review discussions/wake-up meetings as and when required
- Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.
- Development and coaching of team
- Achievement of sales targets and others parameters such as retention
Requirements And Skills:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- More than 2 Years of Experience in Sales
- Local candidate with good local network
- Good Communication Skills
- Good team building skills
- Training and motivation capacity
