Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Determine potential sales and accurately assess client demands
- Accumulate and expand upon superior project and industry expertise
- Comprehend the requirements and preferences of your clients and tailor purchase opportunities accordingly.
- Arrange for prospective clients to meet.
- Arrange and execute suitable presentations and demonstrations about projects and services.
- Handle complaints and objections while negotiating and closing deals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, giving careful consideration to brand experience and customer involvement/satisfaction
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
