Job Description :
- Keeps track of how well sales representatives are able to close deals with both current and new customers.
- Establishes goals for both team and individual dealers' sales
- Receives annual sales targets from executives, carries them out appropriately, and periodically examines sales data
- Makes ensuring the field sales team achieves the stated goals for sales
- Lays out strategies to increase output and effectiveness
- Organises frequent team meetings to discuss goals, concepts, and best practices while evaluating performance.
- Frequently participates in business calls or meetings to negotiate big contracts with important clients
- Oversees new sales representative training while they are on the job
- Travelling to several locations is required for this employment; nevertheless, we will pay for the travel.
- Adequate exposure to the sector.

Age : 24 to 38 Years
