Job Description :
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's revenue targets and expand its customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Leading, managing, and coaching a team of field sales representatives to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies.
- Developing and maintaining sales metrics and KPIs to monitor and measure the performance of the field sales function.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends to the senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
