Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create a detailed strategy and action plan for boosting agency sales and insurance product marketing.
- Train, supervise, and encourage insurance agents to ensure agency sales and marketing initiatives are successful.
- Verify that the Agents follow all applicable legislation and compliance standards.
- Collect and evaluate sales and marketing activity outcomes, and make required modifications.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder and client relationships.
- Create and implement marketing efforts to raise brand recognition and product visibility.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that sales activities are carried out successfully.
Candidate Profile :
- A bachelor's degree and related work experience in insurance, marketing, or sales.
- A proven record of success in marketing and selling insurance products.
- A thorough awareness of insurance laws and compliance standards.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.
- The capacity to manage several tasks and deadlines while multitasking.
- The capacity to operate in a dynamic setting.
