Roles:

- Cascading the channel's strategy and major areas of attention to reach predetermined objectives.

- Leading the team and establishing specific goals to ensure agent recruitment, training, and development.

- Managing Intermediaries

- Ongoing training will be organised to boost IMD cross-selling productivity.

- Growing a back-up and inspiring talent within the channel.

- Determine IMDs based on their businesses and use low-performing IMDs to drive business planning.

- Campaigning and goal-achieving

- To maintain profitability, make sure the reportee focuses on the movement of current agents within bands.

- Conventions and initiatives are properly communicated with and carried out throughout the zone to increase staff productivity.

- Market awareness and IT knowledge

- To construct, position, and grow the BAGIC brand in order to gather sufficient market intelligence for company acquisition.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduation - In any Stream

- Age - 21 to 38 years

- Good Communication Skills

- Good Leadership Skills
