Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Find and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Assisting clients in acquiring new insurance policies or making changes to existing ones.
- Outline the benefits and risks of authorised policies to current and prospective clients.
- Gather client data on their risk profile in order to provide them insurance choices that most closely match their needs.
- Use practical techniques to gather endorsements from existing and prospective customers as well as channel partners.
- Periodically achieve and surpass the targets that have been set.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
