Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled employee who can drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, selling to them, boosting relationships with existing customers, and establishing and maintaining new client relationships.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify prospects and leads
- Stay current on new trends and market conditions
- Understand all of our prospects' needs, problems, or desires
- Explain how our solutions address their pain points
- Meet with prospective clients and serve as their consultant;
- Recruit, train, and manage a team on your own
- Identify buyer persona profiles.
Candidate Profile :
- Should be a graduate
- Must be local
- Should have two or more years of experience in sales and marketing
- Team player
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Good time management skills
