- Build Cohesive unit through recruiting and developing agency sales managers and distributors.
- Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.
- Build and monitor sales process of Licensing, coding and activization of distributors.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Train team members on selling and products
Requirements:
- Min 2 Years Of Sales Or Marketing experience In any Sector
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible & adaptable to change.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education/Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
