Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement strategic sales strategy to hit revenue goals and beyond.
2. Use cold calling, networking, and lead generation to find and seize new business possibilities.
3. Create and preserve a solid rapport with current customers and business partners.
Assist the team in developing solutions that satisfy the requirements and inclinations of the clients.
5. Create and execute proposals and sales presentations to potential customers that are persuasive.
6. To increase profitability and secure new business, haggle over contracts, prices, and terms of sale.
7. Assist senior management with sales activity reports, monitor performance measures, and forecast sales trends.
8. Keep up with market circumstances, competition activity, and industry trends to spot growth prospects.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
