Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Uses prospect identification to find business opportunities.
- Makes product recommendations by getting in touch with potential customers and building connections with them.
- Cold calling using information gathered from secondary data sources and lead creation campaigns.
- Daily work on new leads and follow-ups on existing leads.
- Upholds organisation standards through their creation and enforcement.
- Need to be gregarious, articulate, and motivated to make sales and bring in money for the structure.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
