Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Consistently visiting markets to recognise, comprehend, and win over potential clients
- Expanding clientele and establishing new relationships to grow the business
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Finding fresh avenues for income
- Developing commercial ties with both present and future customers
- Going to networking gatherings to draw in and keep customers
- Creating and carrying out marketing and sales plans to expand the business
- Sustaining and refining documentation related to sales, marketing, and business growth
- Helping with initiatives related to marketing and promotion
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
