Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet goals in the assigned territory.
- Visit distributors on a regular basis to build rapport and boost sales.
- To increase market reach, find and develop new channel partners.
- To improve distribution coverage, appoint merchants under distributors to broaden the distribution network.
- To make sure that corporate policies are being followed, do regular business evaluations.
- Assign retailers to distributors in order to improve product availability and brand awareness.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
