Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out successful marketing plans to advertise goods.
- Establish and nurture close bonds with customers to learn about their wants and needs.
- Present the qualities and advantages of the product through presentations and demonstrations.
- Determine fresh business prospects and produce leads by cold calling and networking.
- To meet or surpass sales targets, engage in negotiations and close sales deals.
- Deliver top-notch post-purchase assistance and customer service to guarantee client delight.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
