Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- In charge of sales and hitting sales goals within the designated zone.
- Stridently market biologics for distal extremities and trauma to nurses and surgeons in accordance with business norms.
- Strategic usage of promotional materials should be based on a consumer potential assessment.
- Distribution network management, including on-time customer delivery responsibility.
- In order to book personal orders from channel partners, RSM is needed.
- Taking care of channel partners' payments in accordance with corporate policies.
- Being accountable to the national sales manager.
- Updating a live client database and following reporting guidelines are crucial.
- Long-distance travel is suggested.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
