Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Roles :
- Gather, train, and onboard a group of insurance agents.
- Continue to coach, direct, and encourage agents to improve their performance.
- Assign the team specific performance objectives and sales targets.
- Create and employ successful sales plans and techniques.
- Keep an eye on and evaluate sales performance, and take any remedial action.
- Ensure that the revenue and sales targets are met.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Age 21 to 38 years
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
