Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Building Agency : Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's/Sales Associates (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc).
- Driving Sales : Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
- Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
- Leadership : Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's/Sales Associates.
- Mentoring and Training : Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team, providing feedback on advisor's/Sales Associates performance.
- Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
