Job Description :
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and revise goals as appropriate.
- Evaluate current team processes and procedures, find possibilities for improvement, and put them in place.
- Create a team climate that is both competitive and collaborative.
- Provide accurate and detailed sales estimates
- Provide team members with coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
