Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct marketing campaigns for channel partners in order to increase sales and establish trust in the marketplace.
- For every product, meet the distribution channel's zonal revenue target.
- Attend to walk-in clients and be cognizant of their needs
- Manage the sale, product/service upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep producers' everyday activities under control to guarantee a robust pipeline.
- Teach and mentor agents to expand their business through cross-selling
- In charge of guaranteeing application quality
- Aid and direct the producer in all actions pertaining to policy and services
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
