Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and recruiting new agents and representatives to expand the agency force
- Providing training and coaching to agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of agents, setting targets, and providing support to help them achieve sales goals
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
- Ensuring that agents have a comprehensive understanding of the organization's insurance and financial products, enabling them to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
