Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Obligations:
- Find, prepare, and hire insurance agents.
- Give the team continual coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Define agents' goals and sales targets clearly.
- Hold regular training sessions to improve product expertise and sales strategies.
