Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for an insurance sales manager to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.
Position: Associate agency development manager
Location: Pune
CTC: 400000 to 450000 + Incentive
Job Type: Full time
Responsibilities :
- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
- Reviewing market research data to identify opportunities for new business development or expansion of existing business relationships.
- Engaging with prospective customers and promoting insurance products via a channel sales team
- Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve m business through customers
- Required candidate :
- Education - bachelor's degree
- Min 2 to 3 years if experience in Field sales
- Able to handle work pressure
- Good communication skill
