Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Oversees the performance of sales representatives in closing deals with both current and new customers.
- Establishes goals for individual and team sellers' sales
- Gets yearly sales targets from executives, follows through on them, and periodically examines sales data
- Ensures the field sales team achieves the specified sales goals.
- Identifies methods to increase output and effectiveness
- Conducts frequent team meetings to exchange ideas, expectations, and best practices while evaluating work performance.
- Participates in business calls and meetings frequently when negotiating big contracts with important clients
