Job Description :
- New agent recruitment, screening, and training.

- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining conformance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
- The permitted age range is 21 to 38.
- Graduate in any stream of study is required.
- 2 years' worth of field sales and marketing experience
- Wheeler must be two or four wheels.
- The smartphone powered by Android.
- A strong ability to communicate
