We are looking for a Front-Line Field Sales Manager for India's Largest Life Insurance Company
- To develop their plans and policies
- To interact with clients and customers
- To provide door to door services
- Hire and Train Sales Team
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Develop New Strategies to achieve sales goal
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Always Motivate team members
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Closing business deals
Candidate Criteria:
- Having sales and marketing Experience of 2+ years in Insurance sector
- Cold calling with a team member
- Give proper Guidance to your team
- Age min.24 to max.38
- Must be Graduate
