Roles & Responsibility:
- Hire the agent from your network.
- Train them well about procedure
- Develop the good relations between customer and staff
- Set standard performance and compare it with actual
-Take strategic action for problem areas
- Check day to day reports of agent.
Desired candidate :
Qualification: Mini. graduation.
Experience : 0-2 years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge about Sales and marketing.
