Roles and Responsibilities :
- Driving business through acquiring new customers in the allocated region with focus to improve the affordable reach
- Nurturing the relationship with all sourcing partners - Connectors, Referral Partners and I Bank
- Enhancing business through increase in market share of affordable mortgage and deeper geography penetration along with other products i.e. LAP, Gold loan, Fixed deposits and Insurance
- Creating market awareness about Mahindra Rural Home Finance by carrying out sales promotion/village activities.
- Marketing Activity Plan to be prepared for generating required number of leads from Existing and new villages in a cluster.
- Prepare date wise route plan for lead generation and documentation in discussion with Team Leader.
- Enter all new leads generated in vymo Module. Simultaneously, update existing leads in vymo.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and other local bodies (Sarpanch, Panchayat, Registrars)in order to get references and ease out the documentation process.
- Educating the potential customer on the complete process and the documents required for getting the loan sanctioned
- Helping the potential customer in arranging the necessary documents
- Maintain Customer Relations by addressing Customer complaints and grievances and also promoting the referral schemes available with us.
